Information and purposes
Our enquiry form collects your name, email, and any company, business vertical, target-market and message details you provide. We use these to assess and respond to your request and take steps towards an engagement at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For enquiries made on behalf of a business, we also rely on our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Please do not send passports, payment details or sensitive personal information through this form.
A guide request uses your email to send the requested guide and notify our team. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Hosting security logs may contain IP addresses, request times and technical information; we use these on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We store your cookie choice in your browser. If analytics is configured, Google Analytics loads only after you accept it. Analytics measures page visits and interactions, such as successful form submissions, without including form contents in analytics events. Advertising features are disabled. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining does not prevent use of our forms.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel hosts this site. Resend delivers enquiry notifications and requested guide emails. Our enquiry mailbox is hosted by Google. Google Analytics processes usage data only with consent. These providers may process information outside the EEA, including in the United States; applicable provider data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards apply. You can ask us for details about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Provider information: Vercel, Resend, and Google. WhatsApp and Viber links open independent services with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your enquiry data.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence while responding and for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, legitimate record-keeping or legal obligations. We review information when it is no longer needed and delete it unless there is a continuing lawful reason to retain it. Client engagements have separate record-keeping requirements, explained when an engagement begins. You may request deletion of an unsuccessful enquiry at any time, subject to applicable exceptions.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. Email us using the address above. We may need to verify your identity proportionately and normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Security and updates
We use encrypted connections, restricted service credentials and form validation. No online service can promise absolute security. This site is intended for adult business users. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site and will show the revised date here.
